The afer holiday winter gloom has set in here in NYC. With temperatures in the teens it is hard to break away from your favorite sweater, jeans and puffy coat. My trick to fighting the winter fashion blues is a bright shade of lipstick. Either a bright fuchsia like Nars Funny Face or a delectable red like Heat Wave.
